We will begin with a thorough review of your grant applications - previous submissions or something you are working on now. This will help ensure the programmatic mission objective is clear and you have the organizational capacity to complete the grant. In my reviews, I also include a program evaluation and outcomes measurement report. Funders look for a return on their investment - every grant must have measurable outcomes. Finally, I will evaluate your financial management structure and policies as they pertain to this grant application. My comprehensive consulting process helps establish best practices and procedures while providing specific recommendations for improving grant applications. This service does not include writing the documents.
My consulting services help organizations by providing an objective evaluation and guidelines to help achieve a well-managed and responsibly governed organization. I believe starting with a review of grant applications is the first step in this process. The evaluation price begins at $795 per grant application. Please note we need at least six weeks before the foundation or corporate grant deadline and ten weeks for governmental grants to ensure we have ample time to discuss and implement the suggestions.
It is your responsibility to submit the grant application on time. My services do not guarantee that your application will be awarded. A contract must be signed before any work commences.
