Approach

Approach

A thorough examination of your grants is critical for its proper maintenance and growth. I believe an organization's resource development program must be grounded in integrity and responsible stewardship. I strongly encourage nonprofit organizations to develop written financial policies no matter their operational budget.  Funders, whether they be Corporate, Foundations, or the Government look for these policies and grade your grant application accordingly. I have seen some of the best missional grants be rejected because of sloppy internal controls and poor proofreading. If you want to fulfill your mission and do even more - contact me!

Let's discuss your organizational needs, contact me today.
